  • Publication number: 20190021218
Abstract: An autonomous agricultural implement is operable to advance itself across a field while dispensing agricultural product. The implement includes an implement chassis, a drive system, an interchangeable product container, and a plurality of openers. The container presents a chamber configured to hold a supply of product. The container is shiftable between coupled and uncoupled positions, with the container being detached from the implement chassis in the uncoupled position. The container includes a product flow barrier to selectively restrict product from flowing out of the chamber when the container is in the uncoupled position prior to the container being attached to the implement chassis. The container fluidly communicates with the openers when in the coupled position so that the openers receive product from the chamber.

  • Patent number: 9175540
Abstract: A control system for a subsea well is provided. The control system comprises a tree comprising a hydraulic control supply line for use in opening a downhole safety valve as a result of hydraulic pressure in the line. • Publication number: 20130000918
Abstract: A subsea wellhead assembly positions a flow module between an outboard flowline of a subsea tree and a tubing hanger spool flowline. The subsea production assembly includes a wellhead, a tubing hanger spool disposed on the wellhead, and a subsea tree disposed on the tubing hanger spool. Production fluid may flow from the wellhead through the tubing hanger spool, and then through the tree. A tubing hanger spool frame mounts to and extends laterally from the tubing hanger spool and supports a downstream flowline having an upward facing hub. A tree frame mounts to and extends laterally from the subsea tree and supports an upstream flowline having an upward facing hub. A flow module having downward facing flowlines that couple to the hubs so that the weight of the flow module is distributed between the frames of the tubing hanger spool and the subsea tree.

  • Publication number: 20080009078
Abstract: Methods and apparatus are provided to resolve analytes within a fluid path using isoelectric focusing, gel electrophoresis, or other separation means. Materials within the fluid path that are compatible with these separation means are used to attach resolved analytes to the wall of the fluid path. Attachment results from a triggerable event such as photoactivation, thermal activation, or chemical activation. In accordance with a further aspect of the present invention, the material in the capillary may also be disrupted, by either the triggerable event or a subsequent event such as melting or photocleavage. Thus, an open lumen or porous structure may be created within the fluid path, allowing unbound analyte materials to be washed from the fluid path, and detection agents to be washed into the fluid path. The separation-compatible materials may be polymerizable monomers, gels, entangled polymers or other materials.

  • Publication number: 20070048773
Abstract: Provided herein are methods and compositions for fluorogenic detection of a polyphosphate released from a nucleoside polyphosphate by the enzymatic action of a nucleic acid polymerase. The methods and compositions are based on the transfer of a free polyphosphate (or polyphosphate labeled with a fluorescence dye) to a polyphosphate acceptor molecule that is modified with a moiety that facilitates fluorogenic detection of a product that indicates the release of polyphosphate by the enzymatic action of a DNA or RNA polymerase. In one aspect, fluorogenic detection is facilitated by forming a fluorescent donor/acceptor pair on the polyphosphate acceptor substrate. The combination of the donor and acceptor pair provides a differentially detectable fluorescent product. In another aspect, fluorogenic detection is facilitated by releasing a fluorescent dye from the polyphosphate acceptor substrate when the free polyphosphate is transferred to the acceptor substrate.
