  • Publication number: 20110023276
Abstract: A tool support for a machine tool has a clamping surface. A positioning device for a tool holder is provided that is positioned at the clamping surface. The positioning device has at least one conical element wherein a longitudinal axis of the conical element extends orthogonally to the clamping surface. The conical element is a conical bore or a conical pin. The tool holder is equipped with complementary conical elements so that a positive-locking, precise positioning of the tool holder relative to the receiving bore in the tool support is ensured.

  • Publication number: 20100308546
Abstract: The invention relates to a device for holding tools (13) on machine tools, comprising a tool receptacle (1) and a tool holder (6). Clamping elements (4) are used for fixing the two parts. According to the invention, the device is configured in such a way that both the tool holder (6) of a first type and the tool holder (6) of a second type can be adapted. The tool holders (6) of the first type meet the HSK standard while the tool holders (6) of the second type, for the purpose of shortening the length, do not have any receptacle (11) for a clamping system as it is required for tool holders (6) of the first type.

  • Publication number: 20090116912
Abstract: A tool support for tools on machine tools has a tool support receptacle and a tool clamping insert arranged in the tool support receptacle and receiving a tool. At least one clamping screw secures the tool clamping insert in the tool support receptacle. The tool support receptacle has at least one continuous threaded bore having an axis that is positioned angularly relative to an axis of rotation of the tool. The at least one clamping screw when screwed into the at least one threaded bore engages in a tightened state a radial circumferential outer surface of the tool clamping insert.

  • Patent number: 7147410
Abstract: A tool head for securing a tool in a machine tool has a stationary spindle bearing housing, a spindle rotatably supported in the spindle bearing housing, and a modular tool changing insert for receiving a tool. The tool changing insert is exchangeably arranged on the spindle or a holder. An internal cooling medium supply device supplies a cooling medium directly from the spindle bearing housing into the tool changing insert. The cooling medium supply device preferably supplies the cooling medium laterally into the tool changing insert via an auxiliary housing.

  • Patent number: 5060613
Abstract: A system for transferring a control position of a set-point value transducer between the gas pedal and the throttle valve. The system includes an electromechanical device which can adjust a throttle valve out of its position of reponse in opposite directions. This is attained by an intermediate element, which is capable of coming to rest on a repose-position stop. The system is particularly well suited to motor vehicles having traction and/or cruise control.
