    Abstract: Herein is reported a method for determining complement dependent cytotoxicity of a composition comprising i) a first binding site that specifically binds to a first epitope on a first antigen, which is conjugated to a first Fc-region polypeptide of human origin, and ii) a second binding site that specifically binds to a second epitope on a second antigen, which is conjugated to a second Fc-region polypeptide of human origin, wherein the method comprises the steps of incubating a cell expressing the first antigen and the second antigen with the composition; adding rabbit complement to the mixture; and determining cell lysis and thereby determining complement dependent cytotoxicity of the composition.
