  • Patent number: 11968657
Abstract: Example embodiments of the present disclosure relate to a device, method, apparatus and computer readable storage medium for scheduling serving cells with a signaling message. In example embodiments, a terminal device receives, in a Layer 1 (L1) signaling message, a resource indication to schedule resources on a plurality of bandwidth parts in a plurality of serving cells. The terminal device determines a reference size of a reference bandwidth part. The terminal device determines a reference resource based on the received resource indication and the reference size of the reference bandwidth part. The terminal device further determines alignment between the reference bandwidth part and a scheduled bandwidth part of the plurality of bandwidth parts. The terminal device determines, based on the reference resource and the alignment, a scheduled resource on the scheduled bandwidth part.

  • Publication number: 20240080157
Abstract: Example embodiments provide a procedure to improve reception of an aperiodic tracking reference signal by a client node, for example, when a periodic tracking reference signal was prevented. The aperiodic tracking reference signal resource may be dynamically associated with the periodic tracking reference signal through a provided synchronization signal block index. Further, a group common physical downlink control channel may be configured to trigger a monitoring window for reception of the aperiodic reference signal in response to a failed transmission of the periodic tracking reference signal. Apparatuses, methods, and computer programs are disclosed.

  • Publication number: 20240057042
Abstract: A radio transmitter is configured to operate in accordance with a first predetermined OFDM radio protocol. The transmitter reserves, within a timeslot with a predetermined timeslot duration, a reserved set of time-frequency resource units not available for an OFDM data channel defined by the first protocol. The transmitter allocates, within the timeslot, an allocated set of R time-frequency resource units for the OFDM data channel defined by the first protocol, wherein a number M of time-frequency resource units are included in both the allocated set and the reserved set, wherein the value R is such that R>N and R?M?N, where N is a predetermined maximum number of time-frequency resource units that can be used to carry the data channel. The transmitter then transmits data indicative of the allocated set of R time-frequency resource units and data indicative of the reserved set of time-frequency resource units.

  • Publication number: 20230284265
Abstract: Systems, methods, apparatuses, and computer program products for indicating network node fixed frame period (FFP) or UE FFP. A UE may transmit an uplink (UL) signal at a start of a UE FFP. A network node may respond by allocating UL resource(s) for subsequent UE transmission(s). The network node may implicitly signal, in Downlink Control Information (DCI), whether a UL transmission is to be transmitted based on assuming a UE FFP or a network node FFP for the UL transmission. The UE may make this assumption based on a cyclic prefix (CP) extension indication in DCI. For example, for certain CP extensions, the UE may determine to transmit the UL transmission according to the UE FFP. Otherwise, the UE may determine to transmit the UL transmission according to a network node FFP.
