Abstract: The object of the invention is universal ice-skate and roller-skate, which is suitable for use both on ice and other flat surface for sport and entertainment activities. The invention relates for a universal skate structure, which has a frame joined directly or indirectly the shoe sole and has a running gear with rollers fixed to the frame, which is characterized by that, it has rollers (7) or discs (8) joining each other on the ground placed in 60-120° (?) angles—preferably 85-90°—connected to the frame (2) preferably by a withdrawal bearing (6). The invention relates for further a universal skate structure which has a frame joining directly or indirectly the shoe sole and a running gear with rollers fixed to the frame, which is characterized by that, the running gear with rollers has a front roller (17) and an aide roller (18) placed closely after one another on a bridge (13) in the front part of the skate, furthermore there are back rollers (19) along the same axle (25) placed parallel with each other.
