  • Publication number: 20230209795
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to semiconductor structures and, more particularly, to SRAM bit cells and methods of manufacture. The structure includes a p-FET gate structure including p-FET work function material and an n-FET gate structure including the p-FET work function material. Alternatively, the p-FET gate structure includes n-FET work function material, and the n-FET gate structure includes p-FET work function material.

  • Publication number: 20110067986
Abstract: In a vacuum circuit breaker for switching electric currents in the high-power range, a current conductor support is attached to the current conductor clamp for absorbing the high electro-dynamic attraction forces between the two current conductors subject to short-circuit current that run next to one another at a distance and to maintain the predetermined curvature of the current conductors so that the shut-off process or the shifting of the moving contact to the final position is not hindered.

  • Patent number: 7019228
Abstract: The invention relates to a method for controlling an electrical switching module which can be displaced between an entry position and an exit position. The switching module comprises switching contacts of vacuum switching tubes; an isolating element which can be also be displaced in the switching module and comprises isolating contacts which can be connected to, and disconnected from, corresponding mating contacts inside an enclosed switchboard section, as required; and connector contacts and mating connector contacts in the low voltage range. The switching contacts of the vacuum switching tubes support the closing and opening processes, under the control influence of a closing spring which can be influenced by a closing catch (EK) and an opening spring which can be influenced by an opening catch, and prominent functional positions of the isolating position.

The switching contacts of the vacuum switching tubes support the closing and opening processes, under the control influence of a closing spring which can be influenced by a closing catch (EK) and an opening spring which can be influenced by an opening catch, and prominent functional positions of the isolating element are represented by an “operating position” and by an isolating position.
