The peel seam is formed to produce a closed reagent receiving region between the peel seam and the film bag bottom and a tube between the peel seam and the film bag opening. The reagent receiving region has a reagent receiving length extending between the peel seam and the film bag bottom. The tube has a tube length extending between the peel seam and the film bag opening. The tube length is at least five percent of the reagent receiving length.
