Abstract: A system for autonomously training an animal is provided, the system comprising an input device comprising one or more sensors for monitoring an animal during a training session. The input device is configured to communicate with a processing system. The system is further configured to: receive a first set of data from the input device, transmit the first set of data to the processing system, wherein the processing system is configured with a first machine learning model trained to detect the performance of a first behavior in the first set of data; receive a signal from the processing system comprising a determination from the first machine learning model that the first behavior has been performed by the animal; and upon receipt of the signal from the processing system, cause a reward device to provide one or more of audible feedback or a reward for the animal.
