  • Publication number: 20240018974
Abstract: One or more boost pumps for a liquid hydrogen fuel system are disposed within the fuel tank and fully flooded. An electrical connector of each boost pump is sealed from the fuel tank and accessible from an exterior of the fuel tank while the boost pump is installed. Each boost pump can be independently replaced using a toolbox. Each boost pump is purged of fuel before being replaced by introducing a gas at a center region of the boost pump. The toolbox and new boost pump are purged prior to removal of the old boost pump. Each boost pump can be formed from modular components.

  • Patent number: 11263328
Abstract: Disclosed are various examples for threat detection and security for edge devices in communication with Internet-of-Things (IoT) devices. In one example, a profile is associated with a virtual machine of a gateway device. The profile includes an expected behavior for the virtual machine. The virtual machine is executed by a hypervisor of the gateway device. An actual behavior for the virtual machine is determined. A remedial action is performed. The remedial action is based on an anomaly between the expected behavior and the actual behavior.

  • Publication number: 20130291984
Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to insulation assemblies that may be wrapped around conduits or other structures to form an in insulated conduit assembly. The insulation assembly may include an outer jacket and a plurality of trapezoidal insulation segments coupled to the inside surface thereof. The trapezoidal insulation segments, which may be formed from closed-cell foam, conform to the shape of the conduit when wrapped thereon. Related methods are also provided.

  • Publication number: 20100212807
Abstract: An angular insulated duct section and method for insulating and forming same is provided. A multi-layer composite sheet is provided, including a first duct layer of sheet metal having two opposed surfaces. On one of the sheet metal surfaces is attached a viscoelastic foam sheet layer. The foam sheet layer includes at least one of (A) a viscoelastic open-cell foam layer, or (B) a viscoelastic formally closed-cell foam layer in which at least a portion of closed cells therein has been opened. A substantially linear corner bend is formed in the composite sheet so as to form the angular insulated duct section with the sheet metal layer on an outside thereof and the foam sheet layer on an inside thereof. The corner bend is formed without substantial at least one of distortion or deformation of the multi-layer composite sheet adjacent the bend.

  • Publication number: 20020043037
Abstract: A fastening system for attaching an expandable building panel or surface covering system to a substrate is provided. The fastening system includes at least one slip clip which, when utilized, allows for longitudinal movement of the building panel, while substantially preventing transverse movement. Typically, a spring clip will be used in combination with the slip clip to apply pressure to the panel, thereby allowing expansion and contraction of the panel in a longitudinal direction while eliminating gaps between the adjacent end-to-end panels. A method of installing building panels using the described fastening system is also provided.
