    Abstract: A method and apparatus for enhancing the readability of information being displayed on display on a mobile device is disclosed. An amount of movement being exerted onto the mobile device is first measured. If the measured amount of movement is greater than a first predetermined threshold value and lower than a second predetermined threshold value, a picture stabilization algorithm is applied to the information to be displayed on the display. If the measured amount of movement is greater than said second predetermined threshold value, then the information is displayed with a larger font size than normal.
