  • Publication number: 20240141622
Abstract: A work machine control method includes acquiring a captured image of a monitored area around a work machine, causing an overhead image based on the captured image to be displayed in a first display region, and causing at least part of a specific image to be displayed in a second display region. The first display region is a region that is part of a display screen displayed on a display device and that has a shape obtained by cutting out, as a cutout region, a portion of the display screen in a circumferential direction as viewed from an own machine reference position that corresponds to a position of the work machine in plan view. The second display region is a region that is part of the display screen and that is located in the cutout region.

  • Publication number: 20230392352
Abstract: The work machine control method includes acquiring captured images of a monitoring area around a work machine, and displaying a display screen including the captured images and a detection object on a display device. The work machine control method further includes displaying the detection object at an identical position on the display screen regardless of a detection result of a detector that detects a detection target in the monitoring area, while changing a display mode of the detection object according to the detection result.

  • Patent number: 11118517
Abstract: Provided is a construction machine configured so as to prevent wasteful fuel consumption by preventing an engine stall by means of the injection of an appropriate amount of fuel. A backhoe which is a construction machine in which a hydraulic pump is driven by power from an engine is configured so that the output torque characteristics of the engine is set on the basis of the atmospheric pressure detected by an atmospheric pressure sensor which is an atmospheric pressure detection means, and so that a rotational speed is set so that the maximum torque of the engine at a low idle rotational speed is greater than the maximum absorption torque of the hydraulic pump.

  • Patent number: 9909281
Abstract: In a backhoe that is a construction machine in which a swash plate angle of a variable capacity hydraulic pump driven by an engine is controlled based on a difference between an actual engine speed of the engine and a target engine speed calculated from an accelerator position, the engine is controlled through isochronous control when the actual engine speed of the engine is equal to or higher than a maximum torque engine speed with which a maximum torque of the engine is able to be output, and the engine is controlled through droop control when the actual engine speed of the engine is lower than the maximum torque engine speed with which the maximum torque of the engine is able to be output.

  • Patent number: 9580884
Abstract: The present invention addresses the problem of providing an industrial vehicle in which an industrial device can be reliably prevented from turning in a near direction beyond a restricted position. The solution is an industrial vehicle provided with an industrial device configured so as to be capable of turning about a joint in a near direction or an away direction, and a control device for restricting the turning of the industrial device so that the industrial device does not turn in the near direction beyond a restricted position, wherein the control device is configured such that an offset position is set in the away direction beyond the restricted position, and the control device initiates an action that stops the industrial device from turning in the near direction when the industrial device, which is turning in the near direction, has turned to the offset position.

  • Patent number: 9580886
Abstract: A working vehicle is configured so that interference does not occur even if an attachment is exchanged and so that a reduction in work efficiency caused by the exchange of an attachment is minimized. A backhoe comprises: a working machine body; a working device which is connected to the working machine body, has joints, and allows an attachment to be removably mounted to the front end of the working device; and a control device in which stop positions are set, the stop positions being those at which the working device is stopped in order to avoid the interference of the working device. The control device has connected thereto: a position sensor which detects the position of the working device; an input means by which the stop positions are set in advance and by which the stop positions are adjusted independently of each other; and a screen operation section which allows selection among the stop positions.

  • Patent number: 7886633
Abstract: A swing type working vehicle, wherein a space at the foot portion of an operator can be increased when pedal operation is not required. A step is installed on the front part of a swing table frame, and pedals for operating hydraulic actuators are disposed on the step. The base parts of the pedals are supported so that these pedals can be swung forward and backward. When the pedals are swung backward, they are brought into contact with the operating members of the hydraulic actuators to disable the operation, and when the pedals are swung forward, they are held in the state of being brought into contact with the step.

  • Patent number: 6290009
Abstract: When a conventional swivel working vehicle is constructed such that a real part of a swivel body is not extended beyond a traveling device in order to improve an operability at a small site, a balance weight must he significantly increased in weight so as to prevent falling and tumbling of a machine body. In the invention, left and right core metal projections of a crawler are laterally offset from a center line of the crawler and right and left lugs are formed on an outer peripheral surface of the crawler. The lugs are formed to assume the same shape on the right and left sides or laterally symmetrical shapes or occupy the same area on the right and left sides, and to be symmetrically shaped about a center of rotation of the swivel body between the left and right crawlers of the machine body.
