Abstract: A garment to be worn by a patient receiving radiation therapy or for other uses that includes an inner comfort layer and an outer support layer. The inner comfort layer covers the breast region of a wearer and provides a soft, comfortable material directly against a wearer's skin. The outer support layer, external to the inner comfort layer, is configured to provide support for breast tissue or prosthesis. The garment may include a de facto or sleeved pocket. The inner comfort layer and outer support layer may be configured as a camisole, dress, leotard, bathing suit, tank top, T-shirt, halter top or other style of garment.
