    Abstract: The present invention includes an adjustable lighting fixture having a housing and light holders which are able to extend, pivot, spin, and slide with respect to the housing, a mounting arm, or each other. The lighting fixture may thus provide enhanced lighting during events, such as live performances, teleconferencing, filming, or videotaping. Each adjustable lighting fixture generally includes a light holder positioned on a mounting arm pivotally or otherwise movably connected to the housing. The lighting fixture uses fluorescent light sources. When enhanced lighting is not required, the light holders may be restored in the housing in an aesthetic manner.
