Patent number: 11046205Abstract: A diagnostic service is selectively started at opportune times, such as when the electrical vehicle is initially plugged in. When the electrical vehicle is turned off, there may not be any messages being sent on the communication bus since most vehicle electronic controllers are disabled to conserve power. But, when someone plugs in a charger, there is a surge of bus traffic for a short period of time. The system parses through the bus traffic and looks for a particular communication bus address. The presence of this address can be used as an indicator for an opportune time to start the diagnostic service to confirm whether the electric vehicle is charging or not and to log the state of charge of the electric vehicle.Type: GrantFiled: October 22, 2020Date of Patent: June 29, 2021Assignee: SAMSARA INC.Inventors: Alexander Thomas Govan, Alvin Wu, Benjamin Chang, Jennifer Zhang, Katherine Lee

Publication number: 20210179688Abstract: The present invention is directed to antibodies and antigen binding fragments thereof having binding specificity for PACAP. The antibodies and antigen binding fragments thereof comprise the sequences of the VH, VL, and CDR polypeptides described herein, and the polynucleotides encoding them. Antibodies and antigen binding fragments described herein bind to and/or compete for binding to the same linear or conformational epitope(s) on human PACAP as an anti-PACAP antibody. The invention contemplates conjugates of anti-PACAP antibodies and binding fragments thereof conjugated to one or more functional or detectable moieties. Methods of making said anti-PACAP antibodies and antigen binding fragments thereof are also contemplated.Type: ApplicationFiled: December 15, 2020Publication date: June 17, 2021Inventors: Maria-Cristina LOOMIS, Leon F. Patent number: 10981985Abstract: The present invention is directed to antagonistic antibodies and antigen binding fragments thereof having binding specificity for PACAP. These antibodies inhibit, block or neutralize at least one biological effect associated with PACAP, e.g., vasodilation. In exemplary embodiments these antibodies and antigen binding fragments thereof may comprise specific VH, VL, and CDR polypeptides described herein. In some embodiments these antibodies and antigen binding fragments thereof bind to and/or compete for binding to specific epitope(s) on human PACAP. The invention is further directed to using these antagonistic anti-PACAP antibodies, and binding fragments thereof, for the diagnosis, assessment, and treatment of diseases and disorders associated with PACAP and conditions where antagonism of PACAP-related activities, such as vasodilation, mast cell degranulation, and/or neuronal activation, are therapeutically beneficial, e.g., headache and migraine indications.Type: GrantFiled: February 11, 2020Date of Patent: April 20, 2021Assignee: H. Patent number: 10409457Abstract: A system, a machine-readable storage medium storing instructions, and a computer-implemented method are described herein for a System Tuner for updating user interfaces. The System Tuner receives a selection of at least one target tile for removal from display of a plurality tile according to a first physical orientation. The System Tuner detects a change to a second physical orientation. While in the second physical orientation, the System Tuner identifies a proximate tile(s) placed above a tile position of the at least one removed target tile due to the change to the second physical orientation. The System Tuner shifts the proximate tile(s) downward towards the tile position of the at least one removed target tile. The System Tuner inserts a replacement tile in an open tile position resulting from shifting the at least one proximate tile.Type: GrantFiled: October 6, 2015Date of Patent: September 10, 2019Assignee: Zynga Inc.Inventors: David Baack, Sora Bai, Peter Pao Lai, Katherine Lee, Daniel Ian Sternfeld
