  • Publication number: 20250027150
Abstract: The present disclosure provides compositions, methods, systems, and devices for polynucleotide processing and analyte characterization. Such polynucleotide processing may be useful for a variety of applications, including analyte characterization by polynucleotide sequencing. The compositions, methods, systems, and devices disclosed herein generally describe barcoded oligonucleotides, which can be bound to a bead, such as a gel bead, useful for characterizing one or more analytes including, for example, protein (e.g., cell surface or intracellular proteins), genomic DNA, and RNA (e.g., mRNA or CRISPR guide RNAs). Also described herein, are barcoded labelling agents and oligonucleotide molecules useful for “tagging” analytes for characterization.

  • Patent number: 12128299
Abstract: A server executing an application generates a frame token for a frame that is rendered for the application. One or more first metric messages are provided to the application in response to at least one first operation performed by the server on the frame. The first metric messages include the frame token and information indicating timing of the at least one first operation. The encoded information representing the frame token and the frame is transmitted from the server towards a client. One or more second metric messages are provided to the application in response to one or more second operations performed by the client on the frame. The one or more second metric messages include the frame token and information indicating timing of the second operations. A state of the application is modified based on the first and second metric messages.

  • Patent number: 12102915
Abstract: A client device of a game streaming system generates an overlay that identifies discontinuities and other changes in features between streamed frames. The client device receives a stream of frames, representing game content for display, from a server via a network. The client device analyzes the received frames to identify discontinuities and other changes in features of the plurality of frames, such as a particular feature changing one or more of position, size, texture, or other visual characteristic between successively received frames. The client device generates the overlay to indicate the identified features and displays the overlay with at least one of the received frames.

  • Patent number: 10827983
Abstract: A method of determining a likelihood of an occurrence of a cardiac arrhythmia in a patient includes receiving three-dimensional imaging data of said patient's heart, constructing a whole-heart model for simulating at least one of electrophysiological activity or electromechanical activity of the patient's heart using the three-dimensional imaging data, simulating a response of the patient's heart to each of a plurality of stimulations to a corresponding plurality of different locations within the patient's heart using the whole-heart model, classifying each simulation outcome for each stimulation as one of a normal heart rhythm or a cardiac arrhythmia, calculating a likelihood index based on results of the classifying, and determining the likelihood of the occurrence of the cardiac arrhythmia in the patient based on the likelihood index. Software and data processing systems that implement the above methods are also provided.
