The electrophoretic gel is characterized in that the buffer (i) is selected from a group consisting of adipic acid, glutaric acid, itaconic acid, maleic acid, malic acid, malonic acid, succinic acid, succinamic acid, and tricarbalyllic acid and (ii) is present in a concentration of about 0.05 to about 0.09 M.
