For example, the machine causes a presentation of an item of digital media in a user interface of a first device associated with a member of a social networking service. The member may be targeted for the presentation of the item of digital media. The machine, based on the presentation of the item to the member, accesses an event message pertaining to an interaction by the member with the item of digital media. The machine, based on the event message, identifies an indication of interest by the member in a content of the item. The machine generates a communication pertaining to the interest by the member in the content of the item. The machine transmits the communication to a second device associated with a recruiter.

Abstract: A system and method for automatically targeting content to recruiting candidates are provided. A set of users that satisfy one or more search criteria is identified as candidates. A recruiting system assigns each candidate to a nurture flow that comprises multiple segments, each segment associated with one or more actions to perform relative to the candidate, such as sending certain content to the candidate through one or more delivery channels. In one approach, each candidate's progress is tracked to determine which candidate characteristics are determinative of successful recruitment.

Abstract: A novel mortar mix and mortar formed therewith. The mortar contains sand, lime, cement and microtubes in a mixture thereof. The microtubes assist in wicking moisture directly through a wet mortar compound formed by adding water to the mortar mix. Wicking moisture directly through the mortar decreases the reliance on a continuous, unobstructed cavity behind the masonry wall, as well as prevent cracking from water's freeze-thaw cycle. It also allows water to pass through the mortar in a similar manner as the masonry, creating two in-sync cycles, rather then two disparate cycles for water flow. In various embodiments, the microtubes could be composed of cellulose, fabricated polymer or graphite.
