    Abstract: An assembly includes a drape substantially sealable over a wound bed and a trackpad configured to couple a tube to the drape and allow the tube to provide suction to the wound bed. The assembly also includes a vent opening in the drape, a filter coupled to the drape and communicating with the vent opening, a cover coupled to the drape and movable between a first position to cover the vent opening and filter and a second position to uncover the vent opening and the filter, and a fluid indicator coupled to the drape and operable to provide a visual indication that fluid build-up is present in the wound bed.

    Abstract: This disclosure describes devices, systems, and methods related to oxygenated hemoglobin, the generation thereof, and the use thereof. An exemplary oxygenated hemoglobin therapy system includes an oxygen source configured to provide oxygen and a hemoglobin source configured to provide topical hemoglobin. The therapy system may also include a mixer which has a first inlet, a second inlet, and an outlet. The mixer is configured to mix the oxygen and the topical hemoglobin to form a mixture and to provide the mixture to a dressing via the outlet. The therapy system may further include the dressing. The oxygenated hemoglobin therapy systems described herein are suitable for use in medical devices, such as bandages, drapes, dressings, and wound closures.

The contact layer is configured to be positioned adjacent to the tissue site. An antimicrobial agent is coupled to the first side of the cover layer. The dressing has a drape configured to be positioned over the cover layer to form a sealed space having the contact layer and the cover layer disposed in the sealed space.

    Abstract: An apparatus and methods for distinguishing outgrowth of cells from surrounding biological material are disclosed. In some embodiments, the method may include delivering a marker to cellular material originating from a donor tissue site, followed by transplanting the cellular material from the donor tissue site to a recipient tissue site. One or more locations of the transplanted cellular material at the recipient site may be identified by locating a distribution of the marker at the recipient tissue site.
