    Abstract: An organizing device for sorting and mating members of a plurality of members, the mated members forming a matched set. A panel has a plurality of spaced-apart openings which are in a series of horizontal rows and staggered vertical columns. The inner surface of each opening is formed to receive and retain a member of the pair which is manually inserted into the opening. The panel is supported in a substantially upright position. A method of using the device is disclosed.
