The first arm portion extends from a first edge of the hood portion. The second arm portion extends from a second edge of the hood portion that is opposite the first edge. The hood portion is adapted to engage a seatback of a chair. The skirt portion is adapted to cover a backside of the chair. The first and second arm portions are adapted to be fixed together behind the seatback of the chair.
