Such systems and processes include interactive solicitation and reporting functionality for bottom up or 360 review of supervisors by those who work under them; interactive solicitation and reporting forms for use in a practice development planning process and solicitation and reporting forms for use in managing employee community involvement. Such systems and processes can be implemented using any desired database accessible on any desired local, wide-area or other network from user/timekeeper stations. Systems and processes according to the present invention automate collection and dissemination of information helpful to the professional services firm in creating rewarding opportunities and career paths for their employees and thus a stronger competitive position to garner the best employees and the most meaningful and profitable business.
