  • Publication number: 20230012164
Abstract: Aspects described herein may allow for generating a customized price rating using a machine learning algorithm. This may have the effect of improving the display of information about merchants by including customized, personalized price ratings that better reflect the tastes and preferences of a user or group of users. According to some aspects, these and other benefits may be achieved by using a machine learning model, trained to receive input corresponding to both user data and merchant data and output an indication of a customized price rating for the merchant that is specific to the user, and then to generate information about the merchant for display that includes the customized price rating.

  • Publication number: 20220404156
Abstract: In some implementations, a system may identify, using a machine learning model, a pattern of events based on account information associated with a user. The system may generate a prediction of a time period during which a predicted event, associated with the pattern of events, is predicted to occur. The system may receive an indication that a vehicle, associated with the user, is to travel a route from a starting location to an ending location during the time period. The system may identify a physical location associated with the predicted event based on a location associated with the vehicle or based on the route. The system may generate a new route that includes the starting location, the physical location as a waypoint along the new route, and the ending location. The system may transmit information that identifies the new route to a device associated with the vehicle.

  • Publication number: 20220345429
Abstract: In some implementations, a device of a user may receive user input indicative of a selection of an application implemented by the device. The user input may be received via a graphical user interface presented by the device. The user input may be received while the application is in an unlaunched state in which the user is unauthenticated for use of the application. The device may obtain, while the application is in the unlaunched state, one or more messages of the application. The device may cause, while the application is in the unlaunched state, information indicative of at least one message, of the one or more messages, to be displayed in the graphical user interface.

  • Patent number: 11455506
Abstract: Provided are foldable transaction cards with a living hinge. In some approaches, a transaction card may include a body including a first main side opposite a second main side, wherein an identification chip is coupled to the body, and wherein a living hinge connects a first section of the body and a second section of the body. The living hinge may extend between the first and second main sides of the body, wherein the first and second sections of the body are pivotable about the living hinge between a stowed configuration and a deployed configuration.

  • Publication number: 20210295368
Abstract: A method for automatic redemption of available reward points is disclosed. The method may include linking a stored data profile of a customer of a merchant with at least one reward account of the customer, and receiving an update corresponding to a changed value of reward points available for redemption. The method may include updating the stored data profile of the customer with the changed value of reward points for redemption, and automatically accessing a list associated with the profile of the customer in response to the updating the stored data profile of the customer. The list may include at least one item to be purchased. The method may include identifying and purchasing at least one item from a subset of items from the list whose redemption values are equal to or less than the changed value of reward points based on a customer preference setting.

  • Publication number: 20210287279
Abstract: A method for route optimization is disclosed. The method may include receiving information of a plurality of transactions of a user. Each transaction may be associated with at least one of a plurality of items. The method may include analyzing the information to identify a user-specific periodic transaction pattern for each item, and generating a list including at least one of the plurality of items. The list may be generated based on the analyzed information. The at least one item in the list may be associated with at least two of the plurality of transactions of the user. The method may further include displaying the list to the user at a time corresponding to the periodic transaction pattern, and generating a route from a current location of the user to a location of each item in the list, ordered based on the location of each item in the list.
