  • Patent number: 10399661
Abstract: A system for moving loads comprises a cargo hold floor, at least one row of rollers integrated into the floor, at least one guide rail in the floor and extending parallel to the at least one row of rollers, and a least one transport vehicle. The vehicle is received in the guide rail and movable along the guide rail and comprises at least one connecting element which is movable between first and second operating positions wherein the connecting element, in its first operating position, is arranged such that the vehicle is positionable under a load deposited onto the at least one row of rollers and, in its second operating position, is arranged such that it interacts with the load so as to connect the load to the vehicle such that the load is entrained by the vehicle when the vehicle is moved along the guide rail.

  • Patent number: 10292798
Abstract: A device and method for moving cargo above a floor inside an aircraft comprises a rigid under-floor. The device comprises a body part for supporting the weight of the cargo, lifting means and for lowering the body part from its lifted position into a retracted position, and a drive unit for moving the body part. The method comprises the steps of providing at least two devices in an aircraft, positioning the devices beneath the cargo, wherein the body parts of the devices are in their retracted positions. The body parts are lifted such that the weight of the cargo is supported by the body parts and the cargo is lifted above the floor. The cargo is then moved to a desired position and lowered into their retracted positions such that the cargo is lowered and the devices are moved away vertically from the cargo.

  • Patent number: 9983609
Abstract: An electrical energy distribution network in a transport vehicle, such as an aircraft, includes nodes to which at least one power supply source and at least one equipment can be connected by external links. The nodes are interconnected by internode links forming at least one mesh in a meshed network, each mesh being polygonal of order higher than or equal to three, at least one node of each mesh being an active node controlled by a management unit. The active nodes include switches and transmit physical operating characteristics measurements to the management unit, which configures the active nodes according to said measurements so as to enable each equipment to receive power supply via the meshed network. Flexibility in configuration of the electrical energy distribution network is thus achieved.

  • Publication number: 20150134137
Abstract: The present invention concerns an electrical energy distribution network in a transport vehicle, such as an aircraft, of the type comprising nodes to which, by means of links, referred as external links, at least one power supply source and equipment to be supplied by said power supply source can be connected. According to the invention, said nodes are connected together by internode links forming at least one mesh in a meshed network, said or each mesh being polygonal of an order higher than or equal to three, at least one node of the or each mesh being an active node designed to be controlled by a management unit in order to control each of the electrical links of the internode and external links connected to said active node. The present invention also concerns an electrical installation comprising at least one such electrical energy distribution network.
