  • Publication number: 20260034279
Abstract: An example method for facilitating milk extraction from a breast can include: activating a breast pump system to administer multiple breast pumping cycles, each breast pumping cycle comprising an increasing vacuum segment during which an amount of vacuum force applied to a breast increases; and applying vibrations to the breast during at least a portion of each of the breast pumping cycles using a vibration device, wherein the vibrations are applied in a segmented pattern comprising discrete pressure intervals during the increasing vacuum segment, wherein the segmented pattern pauses at intermediate pressure plateaus between atmospheric pressure and a target vacuum level.

  • Patent number: 11878135
Abstract: A medical delivery device for treating a tunneling wound includes an outer sleeve, a plunger, and a hollow tube extending through an opening in the plunger. The plunger is configured to deliver a wound treatment material from an inner cavity of the outer sleeve, through a cavity opening on the outer sleeve, and into the tunneling wound. The hollow tube is configured to deliver a fluid to the wound treatment material after insertion into the tunneling wound. In some embodiments, the medical delivery device may further include a flap disposed on the outer sleeve. The flap may be reconfigurable between a closed position in which the flap is configured to shield the cavity opening, and an open position in which the flap is configured to allow the wound treatment material to be ejected through the cavity opening.
