Publication number: 20230228323Abstract: An oil supply system for a machine, such as for a power unit of a motor vehicle, with a module body made of plastic including a collection tank which is divided into a prechamber and a main chamber. A predelivery pump can extract oil from the prechamber and pump it into the main chamber, a main delivery pump can extract oil from the main chamber and pump it to the machine, and a return line can return oil from the machine to the prechamber and/or the main chamber. A power unit for a motor vehicle can include such an oil supply system, wherein a predelivery suction opening is arranged on the floor of the prechamber and a main delivery suction opening is arranged on the floor of the main chamber, and the power unit is configured to be mounted in the motor vehicle with an orientation such that a line running through the two suction openings is arranged approximately parallel to the transverse axis of the vehicle.Type: ApplicationFiled: January 18, 2023Publication date: July 20, 2023Applicant: FTE AUTOMOTIVE GmbHInventors: Kevin HEIDER, Matthias PFISTER, Michael KRAUSE, Joachim HOCH, Roland STOEBEL, Rolf SEIDL, Vladimir NICKEL, Katrin EBERT, Patrick GEGNER

Patent number: 10407041Abstract: An electric parking brake actuator has a transmission mechanism, which is rotationally drivable by an electric motor and converts rotational movement into an axial movement of an actuating rod that carries an actuating element for the parking brake. The actuating rod normally moves by electric motor displacement via the transmission mechanism from an unblocking position to a blocking position and vice versa. A blocking mechanism serves the purpose of holding the actuating rod in the unblocking position of the actuating rod against the force of a spring element. A blocking disc, which is in drive connection with the transmission mechanism, has a stop surface for a locking device in only one rotational direction of the blocking disc. For secondary alternate operation the stop surface is releasable by the locking device so that the actuating rod is biased by the spring element to the blocking position without electric-motorized assistance.Type: GrantFiled: December 5, 2017Date of Patent: September 10, 2019Assignee: FTE automotive GMBHInventors: Wilhelm Heubner, Sonja Lenke, Katrin Ebert

Patent number: 8276764Abstract: The invention relates to a process for producing a polymer membrane, the polymer membrane being produced from a solution, in particular a casting solution, comprising at least one first polymer. The invention further relates to a polymer membrane. The process of the invention is distinguished by the fact that a water-soluble second polymer and/or oligomer that forms phases in the solution is part of the solution. The polymer membrane of the invention, preferably produced by the process of the invention, has an oil flow rate, in particular of a refined edible oil, of greater than 200 l/m2 h bar at 60° C.Type: GrantFiled: September 6, 2007Date of Patent: October 2, 2012Assignee: Helmholtz-Zentrum Geesthacht Zentrum fur Material-und Kustenforschung GmbHInventors: Detlev Fritsch, Gisela Bengtson, Katrin Ebert, Joachim Koll, Petra Merten

Patent number: 7888280Abstract: A catalyst is produced by bonding a homogeneous catalyst to the surface of a catalyst support. A catalyst may include a catalyst support, a spacer molecule bonded to the catalyst support, and a homogeneous catalyst bonded to the spacer molecule. A catalyzed reaction can be carried out by providing reactants in a first phase and providing a catalyst as described herein in the first phase.Type: GrantFiled: July 23, 2008Date of Patent: February 15, 2011Assignee: GKSS-Forschungszentrum Geesthacht GmbHInventors: Katrin Ebert, Detlev Fritsch, Herbert Plenio, Gisela Bengston

Patent number: 7601263Abstract: The invention relates to a composite with a separation-active membrane layer and a supporting membrane, a process for the production of the same and a process for using the same. The composite membrane according to the invention is distinguished by the fact that the separation-active membrane layer comprises a polymer hardened by electromagnetic radiation with wave length that is less than 800 nm and/or by electron beams. The process according to the invention is distinguished by the fact that a layer of a solution of a polymer that can be hardened by electromagnetic radiation with a wavelength that is less than 800 nm and/or by electron beams and an initiator substance is applied to a supporting membrane and subsequently is hardened by electromagnetic radiation and/or by electron beams. The use according to the invention serves to retain low molecular weight substances from organic solutions.Type: GrantFiled: July 3, 2006Date of Patent: October 13, 2009Assignee: GKSS-Forschungszentrum Geesthacht GmbHInventors: Katrin Ebert, Joachim Koll, Jan Wind
