Abstract: An electric food cutting machine which includes a main body, an electric motor and a container mounted on the main body, a disc-shaped cutter in the container rotatively driven by the motor for cutting cut pieces from a food object to be cut, and a disc member positioned in the container below the cutter for rotation by the motor in the same rotational direction as the cutter. The cut pieces are directed to the disc member for being discharged from the container. A passage is defined in the machine for directing the uncut portion of the food object from the cutter so as to separate the cut pieces from the uncut portion.

Abstract: A juice extractor comprising a high-speed rotatable centrifuge basket having a filter in the shape of an inverted frustum of a cone with an open top of larger diameter than the base which is a pot part with cutting teeth on its substantially flat inner bottom face and connected to the base of said filter and a food feeding duct situated substantially perpendicular to and over a portion of the bottom face, wherein the peripheral wall of the pot part is constructed in a manner that the top edge of the wall is situated at a higher position than the bottom face and the lower end of the food feeding duct; the wall of the pot part diverges slightly with its generator having an angle .alpha. of 0.degree.<.alpha.<10.degree. with respect to the axis of the rotation of the food basket.

Abstract: For use in a food processor comprising a power unit having a drive shaft, a removable receptacle including a container and a lid having a feed chute communicable to the interior of the receptacle when mounted on the container, and a rotary treating element rotatable within the receptacle together with the drive shaft, a tilt preventing element for preventing a food material inserted into the feed chute from being tilted sideways which comprises an elastic retainer member including a plurality of long elastic tines and a corresponding number of short elastic tines. The long and short tines are curved so that, when the elastic retainer member is removably mounted on the open end of the feed chute opposite to the container, they extend downwardly in the feed chute and diverge outwardly from the surrounding wall defining the feed chute.

Abstract: A juice extractor capable of adjusting contents of fine sized pulp in the juice comprisinga centrifugal basket having a filter of an inverted frustum of cone with an open larger top and a smaller bottom connected to an underlying pot part, the pot part having cutting teeth on its substantially flat inner bottom face and connected to the base part of said filter,a food feeding duct situated substantially vertical to and over the bottom face of the basket anda motor to rotate said basket at a high speed,wherein the peripheral wall of the pot part has a specified height and has a specified number of small perforations andan adjustable scraper is provided to scrape on the perforated part of the peripheral wall when set to select a making of pulp containing juice.
