  • Publication number: 20240110186
Abstract: A method produces a hairpin single-stranded RNA molecule capable of inhibiting expression of a target gene, including the step of reacting a first single-stranded oligo-RNA molecule represented by formula (I) with a second single-stranded oligo-RNA molecule represented by formula (II) in a mixed solvent including a buffer solution and a hydrophilic organic solvent in the presence of a dehydration condensation agent: 5?-Xc-Lx1 . . . (I) and Lx2-X—Y-Ly-Yc-3? . . . (II), wherein the dehydration condensation agent is selected from the group consisting of a triazine-based dehydration condensation agent, a uronium-based dehydration condensation agent including an N-hydroxy nitrogen-containing aromatic ring structure, a carbodiimide-based dehydration condensation agent, a 2-halopyridinium-based dehydration condensation agent, and a formamidinium-based dehydration condensation agent.

  • Patent number: 11946773
Abstract: A control unit having a detection device that includes: a multi-turn detection unit capable of continuing detection of a rotation position of multiple rotations of a steering shaft driven by a motor without power supply from outside; a position detector detecting the rotation position in one rotation of the rotor; a count calculator calculating multiple rotation position information related to the rotation position of multiple rotations based on a detection value of the multi-turn detection unit; and an angle calculator calculating a motor rotation angle related to the rotation position in one rotation based on a detection value of the position detector. The multi-turn detection unit is disposed at a position different from the motor, thereby detection of the rotation position of multiple rotations is continuable even when a supply of electric power from outside is interrupted.

  • Patent number: 8877871
Abstract: There is provided a switching element including two electrodes and an organic bistable material sandwiched between the electrodes, which is expected to be applied to an organic memory element or the like. A switching element which includes: two electrodes; and an organic thin film containing a metal fine particle and interposed between the electrodes, and which exhibits such a current bistability that the switching element has two stable resistance values in response to a voltage applied, the switching element characterized in that the metal fine particle is dispersed in the organic thin film with a metal fine particle-dispersing agent containing a polymer having a dithiocarbamate group and having a weight average molecular weight of 500 to 5,000,000.

  • Patent number: 8635527
Abstract: An input image is analyzed into document components. Preview data of the input image is generated based on a result of analysis. A function item that can be processed on the input image is selected based on the result of analysis. A function item is specified from among function items displayed on an operation display unit. A target area for specified function item is displayed together with the preview data on the operation display unit. A target area is specified from among target areas displayed on the operation display unit. New preview data that reflects the specified function item processed on specified target area is generated, and output to the operation display unit.

  • Patent number: 7194471
Abstract: A document classification system and method reflects operator's intention in a result of classification of document so that an accurate result of classification can be achieved. The document to be classifies has contents contains a plurality of items. At least one of the items contained in the document is designated. The document data is converted into converted data so that the converted data contains only data corresponding to the designated item. Classification of the document is done by using the converted data.
