    Abstract: A method for producing ovarian somatic cell-like cells includes (1) culturing primate pluripotent stem cells in a medium including a GSK3 inhibitor and a ROCK inhibitor; (2) culturing the cells from the (1) culturing in a medium including BMP4, retinoic acid, and an MEK inhibitor; and (3) culturing the cells from the (2) culturing in a base medium to obtain ovarian somatic cell-like cells. A method for inducing the differentiation of primate pluripotent stem cells into ovarian somatic cell-like cells includes inducing the differentiation of primate pluripotent stem cells into ovarian somatic cell-like cells using the method for producing ovarian somatic cell-like cells.

In a case of unordinary power-off, changeover to operation using a backup battery is conducted and the control unit writes dirty data that is not completed in writing into the nonvolatile memory, into the nonvolatile memory with two values. When next boot, the control unit reads the dirty data from the nonvolatile memory into the volatile memory, and thereafter writes the dirty data into the nonvolatile memory in a multiple values.

    Abstract: In the particular filling method disclosed in the specification a side valve type packaging bag is filled by inserting a filling tube into the bag valve, expanding a rubber tube surrounding the filling tube to form a seal with the valve opening, supplying particulate material to the interior of the bag and rotating the filling tube to distribute the particulate material within the bag, and then wetting an adhesive in the valve before withdrawing the filling tube from the bag. The filling apparatus according to the invention includes a filling tube which is mounted for rotation about its axis on a support plate and has a pouring spout directed at an angle to its axis and a pneumatic piston connected to the filling tube to rotate the tube about its axis and weighing mechanism for detecting filling of the bag.
