  • Patent number: 8875383
Abstract: A component supplying apparatus includes a motor, a rotating body, a transmitting mechanism, and a predicting section. The rotating body engages with a carrier tape in which a plurality of components to be mounted on a circuit board by a component mounting apparatus are accommodated at predetermined pitches and pays out the carrier tape at the predetermined pitches for supplying the plurality of components. The transmitting mechanism transmits a driving force of the motor to the rotating body. The predicting section predicts a deviation amount of a supplying position of each of the plurality of components based on a model formula expressing a periodical fluctuation of the supplying position of each of the plurality of components that is due to the transmitting mechanism and caused at a time the carrier tape is paid out by the rotating body.

Abstract: A conveyor apparatus includes a conveyor portion, a side member having first and second side members, a connecting member, a first locking member and a driving unit. The first locking mechanism attached to the second side member locks and unlocks a connection between the second side member and the connecting member. In an unlocked state, the second member is movable along the connecting member towards or away from the first member. In a locked state, the second member is immovable relative to the first member. The driving unit is operative to move the second side member along the first direction close to or away from the first side member when the first locking mechanism is in the unlocked state and is operative to move the conveyor portion, the side member and the connecting member in unison along the first direction when the first locking mechanism is in the locked state.

  • Patent number: 6531551
Abstract: A polypropylene composition comprising 0.001 to 10 parts by weight of a polyethylene having an intrinsic viscosity [&eegr;E] of 0.01 to less than 15 dl/g s measured in tetralin at 135° C. and 100 parts by weight of a polyolefin comprising at least polypropylene, wherein the polyethylene is finely dispersed as particles with a number average particle diameter of, e.g., 1 to 5000 nm in the polyolefin comprising at least polypropylene. By virtue of the above constitution, the polypropylene composition has excellent transparency and rigidity, is free from the creation of a sweeper roll flow mark in the preparation of a film and substantially free from a neck-in phenomenon of a film, and has high productivity.

  • Patent number: 5708083
Abstract: A polyolefin resin composition is disclosed which comprises(a) a crystalline propylene polymer in an amount of 40% or more to less than 95% by weight,(b) an ethylene/.alpha.-olefin rubber in an amount of from 5 to 40% by weight, and(c) a linear or branched specified block copolymer in an amount of from 0.1 to 20% by weight containing a polyethylene block segment A having a melting temperature as measured with a differential scanning calorimeter of from 80.degree. to 120.degree. C. and an ethylene/.alpha.-olefin copolymer block segment B,the total content of components (a), (b), and (c) being 100% by weight, which composition has excellent dispersibility of the rubber used, so that moldings having an excellent balance between rigidity and impact resistance are obtained therefrom, and is hence suitable for use in the field of moldings required to have rigidity and impact resistance.
