Abstract: An information protection label in which information becomes visually unrecognizable by a simple process, and a product with the information protection label pasted thereon are disclosed. The information protection label (1) comprises a base material layer (4) comprising an information display part (2) for displaying information and a base material (3), and an adhesive layer (5). The base material layer (4) comprises a material which changes in quality so that the information becomes visually unrecognizable by an autoclave process. The product with the information protection label (1) pasted thereon is preferably a biological sample container, a blood transfusion bag, an infusion bottle, a medical container such as a box containing a medicine, or a medical device, which are used for academic research, examination, treatment or the like.
