  • Patent number: 9038512
Abstract: A method for manufacturing a bandsaw blade provided at the top of the teeth with cutting tips made of a hard material, includes the steps of: offsetting to the left and right saw teeth constituting left and right offset teeth; forming the saw teeth constituting the left and right offset teeth to a smaller tooth height than that of the saw teeth constituting straight teeth; and grinding cutting tips provided to the top of the left and right offset teeth subsequent to the offsetting step, and machining the edge lines at the top of the left and right offset teeth so that the lines are orthogonal to the travel direction of a bandsaw blade and the cutting direction of the bandsaw blade.

  • Patent number: 6220139
Abstract: A saw blade 1 comprises a preceding tooth 5 constructed by a straight tooth performing no saw setting operation in left-hand and right-hand directions and a succeeding tooth 7 for cutting a cutting groove formed by the above preceding tooth 5 to enlarge and open the cutting groove in width. The succeeding tooth 7 has left-hand and right-hand set teeth 7L, 7R bent in the left-hand and right-hand directions by splitting an approximately central portion 7D of a tooth edge on a tooth line in its thickness direction; and the clearance between end tip insides of the above left-hand and right-hand set teeth 7L, 7R is smaller than the thickness of the preceding tooth 5. Further, the thickness of portions of the left-hand and right-hand set teeth 7L, 7R near their end tip portions are approximately equal to the thickness of portions of the left-hand and right-hand set teeth near respective base portions thereof.

  • Patent number: 5691556
Abstract: To avoid the parasitic bipolar effect occurring in MOS type devices, a monolithic boosting integrated circuit is formed using dielectrically isolated charge boosting elements. Each boosting element is formed of a rectifying element and a charge storing element connected in series. A semiconductor on insulator substrate is formed with a supporting substrate, an insulating layer and a semiconductor layer. The charge boosting elements are formed in the semiconductor layer and are electrically isolated using a dielectric film deposited over the semiconductor layer. By isolating the devices from the substrate, the parasitic bipolar effect is avoided and downsizing is possible thus permitting the formation of complex circuitry in a monolithic integrated circuit package.

  • Patent number: 5404341
Abstract: A time measurement apparatus provides reliable estimation of a current LAP time by comparing it with a standard LAP time. A LAP time watching circuit compares the data in a LAP time measuring circuit with a data in a standard LAP time memory circuit, and outputs a LAP time coincidence signal to an output signal memory circuit. The output signal memory circuit drives an audible indicator.
