  • Patent number: 11964446
Abstract: A continuous production system continuously produces a product from a raw material powder. The system includes a first processor that performs a first process on the raw material powder, a second processor that performs a second process on the powder on which the first process has been performed by the first processor, and a test chamber through which the powder being sent from the first processor to the second processor passes. A cleaner blows gas from an inlet side opening formed in the inner face of a channel connected to the test chamber from the first processor on the downstream side of an inlet side gate valve for opening and closing the channel toward a direction to form a swirling flow along the inner face of the channel.

  • Patent number: 11944590
Abstract: A continuous manufacturing system continuously manufactures a product from a powder of a raw material. The system includes a first processing device that performs first processing on the powder of the raw material; a second processing device that performs second processing on the powder on which the first processing device has performed the first processing; and an inspection and sorting device including an inspection chamber into which powder sent from the first processing device flows. When a prescribed amount of the powder has accumulated in the inspection chamber, the inspection and sorting device inspects the powder inside the inspection chamber after blocking a path connecting the first processing device to the inspection chamber. When the inspection ends, the inspection and sorting device removes the blocking after discharging the powder from inside the inspection chamber.

  • Patent number: 7383614
Abstract: A door checker includes: a check lever 6 formed, at the proximal end thereof, with a boss 10 connected to a bracket 7 via a shaft 8; a case 1 having through holes 4, 5 through which the check lever 6 passes; and shoes 19 which are in sliding contact with detent surfaces 9 of the check lever 6 in the case 1. The check lever 6 is provided, at the distal end thereof, with a full open stopper 12 which comes into contact with an outside surface of the case 1 to define a full open position of a door D. The full open stopper 12 is formed integrally with the check lever 6. The boss 10 is formed so as to be capable of passing through the through holes 4, 5 in the case 1 and between the pair of shoes 19. Therefore, the door checker for an automobile can be assembled while eliminating a process of installing the full open stopper to the check lever.

  • Publication number: 20070040392
Abstract: A door checker for an automobile, includes: a case 1 fixed to a door D; a check plate 6 which movably penetrates the case 1 and is turnably connected to a body B; a pair of upper and lower detent members 16 slidably held in the case 1 to hold the door D at a predetermined opening position in cooperation with a pair of upper and lower detent surfaces 10 of the check plate 6; and an elastic member 17 which is made of an elastic material for generating a detent force between the detent member 16 and the detent surface 10. In this door checker, a drain hole 20 is provided in the check plate 6 in a portion projecting into the door D from the case 1 and at least at a position close to the case 1 as to penetrate the upper and lower detent surfaces 10 when the door is fully closed. Thus, even if rainwater and the like go into the door D and drop onto the upper surface of the check plate 6, it is drained quickly from the check plate 6 and are prevented from flowing into the case 1.

  • Patent number: 7143473
Abstract: A door checker for an automobile includes: a check lever 6; a case 1 through which the check lever 6 passes and which is fixed to a door D; and a shoe 19 which is housed in the case 1 and in sliding contact with detent surfaces 9 of the check lever 6. The check lever 6 includes: a core plate 6a made of a steel plate; and a synthetic resin skin 6b which is mold-connected to a peripheral surface of the core plate 6a. A full open stopper 12 for defining a full open position of the door D is provided in a distal end portion of the check lever 6. The full open stopper 12 includes: an anchor member 14 which passes through an anchor hole 13 formed in a distal end portion of the core plate 6a; and a bulging portion 15 formed integrally with the skin 6b so as to wrap the anchor member 14. Therefore, the structure of the full open stopper is simplified, and a process of installing the full open stopper can be eliminated from assembly.

  • Patent number: 6813811
Abstract: A door checker for an automobile includes a case secured to a door, and a check plate mounted to extend through the case and supported on a body. A pair of detent members and resilient members for urging the detent members against opposite sides of the check plate are accommodated in the case. The check plate is provided with notches in which the detent members are brought into engagement to retain the door at a predetermined medium opening degree, and with a full-opening stopper adapted to receive an outer side of the case to define an opening limit for the door. In the door checker, a section of each of the opposite sides of said check plate, where each of the detent members is moved from the medium opening degree to the opening limit for the door, is formed as a continuous surface having no unevenness.
