  • Patent number: 7930810
Abstract: A rivet fastening air tool for rivets includes a supplying actuator, an implanting actuator, and a switching valve. The supply actuator receives a rivet row, tears off a fragile portion of a front-row rivet, and supplies it in a loaded position. The implanting actuator retains a head portion of the rivet supplied in the loaded position, and moves the rivet in a direction of being pulled out of a communicating bore of the rivet. The switching valve is provided in an air supply route which reaches the supplying actuator. When the head portion of the rivet is moved in the direction of being pulled out, the switching valve is switched by the implanting actuator so that the supplying actuator is returned.

  • Publication number: 20040221950
Abstract: A method of mounting a glass to a glass holder having a pair of holder pieces includes the steps of attaching a hot-melt resin to at least one of the holder pieces, sandwiching the glass between the holder pieces and applying a force therebetween, and applying a high-frequency dielectric heating to an area where the glass is sandwiched between the holder pieces.

  • Publication number: 20040139662
Abstract: A method of mounting a glass uses a glass holder having a pair of holder pieces. The method includes a process of attaching a dielectric heating adhesive resin to at least one of the holder pieces, and a process of applying a force such that the glass is sandwiched between the holder pieces, and a process of applying a high-frequency dielectric heating to the area where the glass is sandwiched between the holder pieces. The glass holder includes the first and second holder pieces, an attaching structure for attaching the glass holder to another member, and a hot-melt resin. The second holder piece faces the first holder piece with a glass therebetween. The hot-melt resin is attached to at least one of the first and second holder pieces to bond the glass to the glass holder.
