  • Patent number: 8507803
Abstract: The invention offers a board-connecting structure that can provide electrodes with a fine pitch and that can combine the insulating property and the connection reliability. The structure of connecting printed wiring boards 10 and 20 electrically connects a plurality of first electrodes 12 and 13 provided to be adjacent to each other on a first board 11 with a plurality of second electrodes 22 and 23 provided to be adjacent to each other on a second board 21 through an adhesive 30 that contains conductive particles 31 and that has anisotropic conductivity. By heating and pressing the adhesive placed between the mutually facing first electrode 12 and second electrode 22 and between the mutually facing first electrode 13 and second electrode 23, an adhesive layer 30a is formed between the first board 11 and the second board 21 and in the adhesive layer 30a, a cavity portion 33 is formed between the first electrodes 12 and 13 and between the second electrodes 22 and 23.

  • Patent number: 6582010
Abstract: Front mount bases (14, 15) which are located at four corner portions under a cab (11) are constituted by base plates (14A, 15A) and fitting joint projections (14B, 15B), and rear mount bases (16, 17) are constituted by base plates (16A, 17A) and fitting joint projections (16B, 17B). On the other hand, front pillars (22, 23) to be erected on the front mount bases (14, 15) are provided with notched portions (22B, 23B) for fitting engagement with the fitting joint projections (14B, 15B), respectively. Rear pillars (24, 25) to be erected on the rear mount bases (16, 17) are provided with notched portions (24A, 25A) for fitting engagement with the fitting joint projections (16B, 17B). Accordingly, a weld can be formed along and between marginal edge portions around the fitting joint projections (14B, 15B, 16B, 17B) and notched portion (22B, 23B, 24A, 25A) in such a way as to increase the welding distance and to increase the strength of the welded joint portions.

  • Patent number: 6568746
Abstract: A cab for construction machines includes left and right rear pillars constituted by steel pipes of a diversified shape, with inclined intermediate pillar portions between upright lower pillar portions and upper pillar portions whereby positions of the lower and upper pillar portions are shifted in the forward and rearward directions, respectively. Lower portions of the rear pillars are receded in the forward direction to provide a recessed space, while upper portions of the rear pillars are projected out in the rearward direction to provide a rear expansion space. Accordingly, for the purpose of downsizing the upper structure (2), front portions of equipment, including an engine, can be accommodated in the recessed space and the rear expansion space contributes to broaden a space within the cab.

  • Publication number: 20020149232
Abstract: Left and right rear pillars (34, 35) are constituted by steel pipes of a diversified shape, with inclined intermediate pillar portions (34B, 35B) between upright lower pillar portions (34A, 35A) and upper pillar portions (34C, 35C) to have positions of the lower and upper pillar portions shifted in the forward and rearward directions, respectively. Lower portions of the rear pillars (34, 35) are receded in the forward direction to provide a recessed space (59), while upper portions of the rear pillars (34, 35) are projected out in the rearward direction to provide a rear expansion space (60). Accordingly, for the purpose of downsizing the upper structure (2), front portions of equipments including an engine (6) can be accommodated in the recessed space (59). On the other hand, the rear expansion space (60) contributes to broaden a dwelling room within the cab (21) and to improve its amenity.
