    Abstract: A manual switch has an electric contact movable into and out of simultaneous contact with the first and second conductors, an angularly movable operating member, with the electric contact fixedly mounted thereon, angularly movable to bring the electric contact selectively into a closed or ON position in simultaneous contact with the first and second conductors and an open or OFF position out of simultaneous contact with the first and second conductors, and a torsion coil spring for forcibly angularly moving the operating member to move the electric contact into the open position to open the electric lines connected to the batteries when pressing forces are applied to the operating member with the electric contact in the closed position.
