  • Publication number: 20090269609
Abstract: An aluminum hard foil is degreased without reducing the hardness to improve the coating performance of coating material. A foil-rolled aluminum foil is subjected to a low-temperature heat treatment for holding the aluminum foil at 80 to 160° C. for 1 hour or more. The low-temperature heat treatment is preferably performed by subjecting the aluminum foil to batch processing with the aluminum foil coiled.

  • Patent number: 4833930
Abstract: A method and a device for collecting a quantoback analysis sample in hot state from a preferred position of a continuously cast steel piece are disclosed. According to this invention, a dish like recess is cut on the surface of cast steel piece while leaving a center column, then the root of left center column is root cut and taken out as sample. A cutting device and a way for accessing the cutting device are presented for operating this process.

  • Patent number: 4398948
Abstract: Methods for controlling blowing, controlling the slag formation and predicting sloping in the blowing of molten pig iron in LD converter are carried out by measuring acceleration of the horizontal movement of a detector, such as a lance provided in the converter, which is caused only by the slag impinging against the lance, by an accelerator, integrating the measured values to obtain integrated average values at every several seconds, and programming the integrated average values in a computer.
