  • Patent number: 11063482
Abstract: A stator and a motor include a plurality of split cores disposed in an annular shape and a connector configured to connect the plurality of split cores to allow a circumferential spacing distance between the split cores to be changed, wherein a diameter of the stator is changed by changing the spacing distance between the split cores in a state in which the plurality of split cores disposed in an annular shape by the connector.

  • Patent number: 10998783
Abstract: The present disclosure may reduce cogging torque by stacking steel plates which can form a stage skew by stacking the steel plates without reversing the front and back sides or by forming the stage skew by stacking the steel plates capable of easily distinguishing the front and back sides, and reduce both the sixth-order and twelfth-order dq coordinates of harmonic components, thereby achieving low toque ripple, high efficiency, and improved controllability.

  • Patent number: 10411528
Abstract: A motor is formed by stacking a plurality of stator elements and does not need an insulator between the stator elements. A stator includes the plurality of stator elements. The stator element includes a plurality of claw poles formed along a circumferential direction of the stator element and a coil wound in the circumferential direction. The coils of mutually adjacent stator elements are wound in different directions. In the mutually adjacent stator elements, the claw poles of one of the stator elements and the claw poles of the other of the stator elements are opposite to each other and are arranged to have the same polarity.

  • Patent number: 10075034
Abstract: A motor including: a stator that has a plurality of teeth formed, toward the central axis, on the inner circumferential section of a cylindrical shaped yoke and has a coil wound, with distributed winding, onto the plurality of teeth; and a rotor where a plurality of magnetic poles consisting of two permanent magnets which are rotatably installed on the inside of the stator and placed, in a convex V-shape, on a central axis side of the stator, are formed in the circumferential direction at a uniform interval, wherein the rotor has outer flux barriers consisting of air gaps formed on the respective diameter directional outer ends of the two permanent magnets, and inner flux barriers consisting of air gaps formed on the respective diameter directional inner ends of the two permanent magnets, the respective inner flux barriers of the two permanent magnets being spatially connected to each other.
