    Abstract: In an oil passage structure for a power transmission device including a case provided to accommodate a power transmission device, a baffle plate attached to an inner wall of the case, and an oil pump, the oil passage structure includes a supply oil passage through which oil is pumped from the oil pump to an oil supply destination via the baffle plate. The baffle plate has a structure in which two members of a plate body and a plate-shaped auxiliary member are superposed and integrated with each other. The baffle plate is provided with a plate oil passage that constitutes a portion of the supply oil passage and passes through the inside of the baffle plate. The plate oil passage is formed by a recess provided in at least one of a surface of the plate body and a surface of the auxiliary member which face to each other such that the auxiliary member is interposed on the plate body.

The outer layer is disposed on a more outer side of the boot-seal element than is the inner layer. Moreover, the boot-seal element is formed in a circumferentially developed state so as to have circumferential ends, and is then completed by joining the circumferential ends with each other. Thus, the boot-seal element makes an elastically deformable cylindrical bellows shape having a root that dents inward diametrically. In addition, the reinforcement member is disposed in the root of the cylindrical bellows-shaped boot-seal element at least.

    Abstract: Provided is a metal-resin composite container in which a flange portion formed of metal and a container portion formed of resin are joined together by overlapping of a flange vertical wall projecting from the flange portion and a container vertical wall projecting from the container portion. This overlapping prevents separation of the metal flange portion and the resin container portion caused by deformation of the resin container portion. The metal-resin composite container has a plurality of engagement parts each comprising a convex portion formed partially on the container vertical wall and a concave portion formed partially on the flange vertical wall and engaged with the convex portion. This convex-concave engagement allows gravity which acts on the container portion to be received by the concave portion of the flange portion and prevents cracking caused by excessive stress concentration.
