  • Publication number: 20180019079
Abstract: A push switch of a push-operating type includes a locking mechanism, has a thin and small size with a simple structure ensuring a reliable operation and allowing a coil spring to be easily installed. A release-holding part with which a second end, serving as another end of a stopper, is engaged to hold an operating body at a released position is provided in a cam groove located at a rear portion of a locking cam portion to provide a gap with a predetermined interval between the operating body and a restriction part of the case in forward and rearward directions, when the operating body is located at the released position. Thus, a space in an accommodation part is expanded in the forward and rearward directions when the push switch is manufactured, the coil spring is prevented from being disengage from the accommodation part, and therefore, is installed stably. Therefore, a thin and small sized push switch in which operation thereof is ensured and a coil spring is easily installed can be provided.

  • Publication number: 20160233036
Abstract: A switch device includes a housing, an operating body accommodated movably in the housing, a stopper to lock the operating body, a switch contact performing electrical connection and disconnection in response to the movement of the operating body, a releaser disposed in the housing, and a retainer spring disposed in the housing. The operating body includes a cam section. The stopper includes an engaging section which is engaged with the cam section upon a movement of the operating body as to lock the operating body. The releaser includes a working section projecting outward from the housing. The retainer spring urges the releaser in a predetermined direction. When the operating body is locked, one of the releaser and the retainer spring presses the stopper to engage the engaging section with the cam section and retain the engaging section at the cam section.

  • Patent number: 7359506
Abstract: Inclined plane is provided at the tip of rotor cam. On the other hand, inclined planes are also provided in specific positions of stator cam. Because of this structure, in the specific positions, the inclined planes are in resilient contact with each other. Thus, the load is increased only in the specific positions without an increase in the load of spring. This structure can provide an opening and closing device capable of securely holding only desired positions without affecting the feel of opening and closing operation of the entire device, and electronic equipment using the device.
