    Abstract: A thermoplastic resin composition comprising (A) 100 parts by weight of a diene rubber-containing styrene resin, (B) from 1 to 50 parts by weight of a vinyl resin-containing acrylic rubber polymer obtained by polymerizing from 1 to 200 parts by weight of at least one vinyl monomer in the presence of 100 parts by weight of an acrylic rubber polymer, and (C) from 0 to 48 parts by weight of a polymer of a vinyl monomer having a weight average molecular weight of at least 200,000, provided that the sum of components (B) and (C) is from 1 to 60 parts by weight.
