    Abstract: The present invention relates to a preservative efficacy-enhancing agent capable of allowing an antiseptic agent to exhibit a high preservative efficacy even when the antiseptic agent is used at a low concentration; a preservative efficacy-enhancing composition containing the same; and a method for enhancing a preservative efficacy of antiseptic agents. The present invention relates to: (1) a preservative efficacy-enhancing agent for antiseptic agents which includes an amphiphilic galactose derivative (A) as an effective ingredient; (2) a preservative efficacy-enhancing composition including 0.01 to 30% by mass of an amphiphilic galactose derivative (A) and 0.01 to 1.0% by mass of an antiseptic agent (B); and (3) a method for enhancing a preservative efficacy of an antiseptic composition which includes the step of allowing 0.01 to 30% by mass of an amphiphilic galactose derivative (A) to coexist with an antiseptic agent (B) in the composition.

    Abstract: An output power transmission device has a transmission plate and a C-ring. The transmission plate functions as a transmission member for transmitting rotation of the wheel gear to an output shaft. The C-ring is provided at a position where the C-ring sandwiches the transmission plate with the wheel gear in the axial direction. The C-ring functions as a restriction section for restricting movement of the transmission plate in the axial direction opposite from the wheel gear side. An elastic claw section as a pressing member is formed on the wheel gear. The elastic claw section presses the transmission plate against the C-ring in the axial direction.

Driving the motor at a low rpm, the controller practices a feedback control which determines a timing of turning on/off switching elements based on a signal detecting a position of the rotor, and when the motor is driven at a high rpm, the controller practices an open-loop control which outputs a given frequency and drives the motor synchronizing with the given frequency. This structure achieves a compressor working with a fewer noises in PWM driving.

When rotational force is provided from the drive shaft to the first rotor, the cam mechanism permits transmission of rotation of the drive shaft to the driven shaft. When the rotational force is provided from the driven shaft to the second rotor, the cam mechanism restricts rotation of the driven shaft. The cam mechanism is provided independently from the engagement member.
