  • Publication number: 20200352648
Abstract: An abnormality detection system for highly precise detection of an abnormality in a laser treatment device includes a laser transmission tube coupled with a laser treatment unit, oscillating laser light, a discharge-side water pressure sensor, and a water pressure detection liquid surface level meter detecting a change in a pressure of cooling water flowing through forward-direction and a backward-direction spaces in the laser transmission tube. The laser transmission tube includes a hollow wavelength path having a lightguide space formed in a longitudinal direction, and an outer case enclosing an outer circumferential surface of the hollow waveguide path and extending in the longitudinal direction. The discharge-side water pressure sensor and the water pressure detection liquid surface level meter detect the change in the pressure of the cooling water flowing through in a forward-direction space and a backward-direction space to detect any abnormality.

  • Patent number: 10792102
Abstract: A laser tip, a laser treatment tool, a laser treatment device and a laser treatment system are provided for performing laser treatment surgery and minimizing any bleeding. A laser tip is attachable to a laser radiation opening located at the tip end of a laser transmission tube. The laser tip includes an attaching portion detachable from the laser radiation opening and a contact portion contactable with biological tissue. The contact portion is at the front of the attaching portion in the direction in which the laser light exits the laser radiation opening. An open space is located between the contact portion and the attaching portion, and a coupler couples a part of the contact portion and a part of the attaching portion. The contact portion has a reflective surface at a rear end thereof which reflects the laser light toward the coupler.

  • Publication number: 20180325595
Abstract: Provided are a laser tip, a laser treatment tool, a laser treatment device and a laser treatment system safely performing a surgery for a laser treatment and, if bleeding occurs, stopping the bleeding. A laser tip 70 is attachable to a laser radiation opening 63a provided at a tip end of a laser transmission tube 63. From the laser radiation opening 63a, laser light 57a is directed.

  • Patent number: 9827045
Abstract: A laser light waveguide device includes laser light provision units that oscillate and cause laser light to exit; a laser light waveguide path formed of an optical fiber capable of guiding the laser light; and a control unit that controls the laser light provision units. The control unit detects an illumination spot (output of the visible laser light) based on a captured image, captured by an image capturing unit, of a laser light illumination area and an area close thereto illuminated with the laser light, and controls exit of the infrared laser light by the infrared laser light provision unit based on a result of detection of the illumination spot (output of the visible laser light).

  • Patent number: 4812310
Abstract: A preserving solution for blood or packed blood cells comprising an anticoagulant solution containing citric acid, sodium citrate and glucose; an effective amount of glycerin; and an effective amount of mannitol. The use of the blood preserving solution makes it possible to preserve blood at a low temperature of from the freezing temperature of plasma (about -1.degree. C.) to 3.degree. C. and to extend the period of preservation to 4 or 5 weeks without any further special additives.
