  • Patent number: 7029254
Abstract: There are provided a shaft adapted for introduction into a tubular member made of refractory material and an expander provided on a leading edge of the shaft. The expander has both ends provided with a repairing material container and a seat plate. With the repairing material container having monolithic refractory material loaded therein confronted to a damaged portion in an inner wall of the tubular member, the expander is expanded by a driving motor to push the repairing material container toward the damaged portion while pushing the seat plate in contact with a wall surface opposite to the damaged portion in behind. Thus, the monolithic refractory material is filled and deposited in the damaged portion under remote control.

  • Patent number: 6592048
Abstract: A spray method for monolithic refractories, which comprises feeding, with an air stream, a monolithic refractory composition including a rapid setting agent in addition to refractory aggregates, a refractory powder, a binder and a dispersant in a powder state in a transporting pipe so that the composition is transported in a floating state; adding application water on the way of the transporting pipe; continuing the feeding of the air stream, and spraying the wet composition through a spray nozzle. In a case that the monolithic refractory composition does not include the rapid setting agent, the rapid setting agent is added at an upstream side of the top end of the spray nozzle, and then, the wet refractory composition is sprayed through the spray nozzle.

  • Patent number: 5355451
Abstract: A painting processing unit obtains minimum and maximum values of data of a graphic in the Y direction, and effective scan lines are initialized. Then, it obtains coordinates of intersection points of the graphic contour and the scan lines, and X coordinates are sequentially registered in an edge list. A judgment is made as to whether the edge list has overflowed. If it has not overflowed, the edge list is rearranged after registering X coordinates of all intersection points, and painting is performed. If it has overflowed, the graphic is divided in two, and the effective scan lines are reset within a range of one-half of the initialized range. Then, all intersection points of contour and scan lines are obtained again, and only the X coordinates of intersection points within the reset effective scan lines are registered in the edge list. If there is no overflow, the divided graphic only within the range of the reset effective scan lines is painted.
