  • Patent number: 11456160
Abstract: In a plasma processing apparatus, a high frequency power source is electrically connected to a lower electrode of a supporting table through a power feeding unit. The power feeding unit is surrounded by a conductor pipe outside the chamber. An electrostatic chuck of the supporting table has therein a plurality of heaters. A filter device is provided between the heaters and a heater controller. The filter device includes a plurality of coil groups, each of the coil groups including two or more coils. In each of the coil groups, the two or more coils are arranged such that winding portions of the two or more coils extend in a spiral shape around a central axis and turns of the winding portions are arranged sequentially and repeatedly, and the coil groups are provided coaxially to the central axis to surround the conductor pipe directly below the chamber.

  • Patent number: 8949319
Abstract: The user of a mobile station which is prepared to receive information providing services from unspecified IP (Information Providers) accesses a gateway server and performs a pre-registration procedure (S71). When an IP server has information to provide to users, it constructs the information in the form of electronic mail, appends user attribute data, and sends this to the gateway server (S72). Upon receiving electronic mail with attribute data, the gateway server stores the electronic mail in a third mailbox, makes a comparison of the user attributes, and calls the mobile stations of relevant users (S73). A user who has received a call requests a download of the electronic mail from the gateway server (S74). The gateway server sends electronic mail to the mobile station which made the request (S75, S76).

  • Patent number: 8607114
Abstract: In a case where the F-RTO algorithm is simply combined with the exponential backoff algorithm which is being suppressed, there is a problem in that once a spurious timeout occurs, the spurious timeout continuously occurs since then. In order to solve the above problem, according to the present invention, in a communication device for transmitting data segments and receiving acknowledgements in response to the data segments, respectively and sequentially, suppressing an application of a backoff algorithm for increasing a retransmission timeout period at the time of retransmitting a data segment, and controlling the retransmission timeout period to retransmit the data segment, the spurious timeout is determined based upon the acknowledgement received immediately after the retransmission of the data segment. In an event of determining the occurrence of the spurious timeout, the retransmission timeout is increased.

  • Patent number: 8325786
Abstract: There is a need for reducing the scale of a circuit that determines and decodes code types for reception signals coded with different codes. A reception logic circuit determines and decodes code types for reception signals coded with different codes. The reception logic circuit determines one of code types for a demodulation signal corresponding to the reception signal based on a difference between codes detected during a modulation period or a non-modulation period occurring in the demodulation signal. The reception logic circuit decodes the code type in accordance with the determined code type based on the modulation period or the non-modulation period that alternately occurs in the demodulation signal. In this manner, the received data is reproduced. There is no need for a decoder specific to each code.

  • Patent number: 6759633
Abstract: A heat treatment system for controlling the temperature in a processing vessel. The system includes a cylindrical processing vessel; a supporting table, raised by a support from the bottom portion of the processing vessel, for mounting thereon an object to be processed; and a processing object heating part provided in the supporting table, for heating the object to be processed. In addition a thermoelectric conversion element capable of selectively heating or cooling is provided in the bottom portion of the processing vessel, a resistive heater is provided in the side wall of the processing vessel, and a temperature control part for controlling the operations of the thermoelectric conversion element and the resistive heater is provided. Thus, it is not only possible to appropriately control the temperature in the processing vessel, but it is also possible to reduce space and energy, by combining the resistive heater with a thermoelectric conversion element.
