Abstract: A refrigerator includes a body and a drawer. The body includes a storage compartment. The drawer is insertable or withdrawable into or from the storage compartment. The refrigerator also includes a support configured to supports an item accommodated in the drawer. The refrigerator further includes a lifting device configured to lift the support with respect to the drawer. The lifting device includes a driving part that provides a driving force to the support, a wire that transfers the driving force of the driving part to the support, and at least one pulley which guides the wire.

Abstract: Provided herein is a door opening and closing apparatus capable of reducing torque of a motor required for removing an adhesive force between a door and a housing. The door opening and closing apparatus includes a motor configured to output power for opening and closing a door, a power transmission apparatus configured to transmit the power of the motor to a hinge by rotation of a plurality of driving gears, and an auxiliary apparatus configured to generate an auxiliary force for moving the door at a closing position toward an opening position, where the auxiliary force is generated at the auxiliary apparatus by the power of the motor before the power of the motor is transmitted to the hinge through the power transmission apparatus.

Abstract: A beverage dispenser for ejecting a beverage into a receptacle, including a housing including a taking-in/out space, nozzles provided in the beverage dispenser for ejecting the beverage, obstacle detection module for detecting an obstacle around the nozzle, alarm generator for issuing an alarm when the detection module detects the obstacle, and a nozzle cover for covering the plurality of nozzles and the obstacle detection module to partially close the taking-in/out space. The alarm may not be issued from the alarm means when the beverage is ejected or a switch may be provided for causing the alarm generator inoperative. Thereby, those around the dispenser are informed of the fact that an operator has had unauthorized access to the nozzle in the beverage dispenser.

The alarm may not be issued from the alarm means when the beverage is ejected or a switch (56) may be provided for causing the alarm means inoperative. Thereby, those around the dispenser are informed of the fact that the operator or a man of evil intention has had access to the nozzle in the beverage dispenser.

Abstract: A drink dispenser includes a continuous supply/stop button that requests a sale of a drink to be suspended when it is pressed during the sale and further requests a drink to be continuously supplied when it is pressed while no drink is being sold, and a mode switch for changing between enabled and disabled states of the continuous supply/stop button. When the continuous supply/stop button is pressed during the sale of a drink, the process is ended if the mode switch is on. Alternatively, when the continuous supply/stop button is pressed while no drink is being sold, the process is ended if the mode switch is on. In the drink dispenser, turning the mode switch on can invalidate a request from the continuous supply/stop button to prevent any inconveniences caused by any improper operation of the button.

Abstract: A drink dispenser can sell or reserve a drink even during a sale of a drink, thereby ensuring the sale of drinks. Namely, if any one of drink sale buttons is pressed while any one of drink discharge valve relays is opened to sell a drink, this request for a sale is stored in a memory. Once the current sale of a drink has been completed, an interval timer starts counting down and after a specified period of time, a valve corresponding to the request for a sale stored in the memory is opened to start a sale. A plurality of drinks may be supplied simultaneously.

Abstract: A drink vending machine for providing fixed amounts of drinks is basically formed of a sales amount memory device for memorizing amounts of drinks to be sold as an opening duration of an ejection valve; a valve controller for opening the ejection valve by operation of one of the drink sales buttons; and a mode setting device for changing a mode to a setting mode for setting amounts of the drinks to be sold. The vending machine further includes a drink sales halt device, a timer and a sales amount registration device. The drink sales halt device stops ejection of the drink while the drink is ejecting from the ejecting valve by actuation of the sales button in the setting mode. In the setting mode, the timer counts the opening duration of the ejection valve from a time the sales button is pushed to a time the drink sales halt device is actuated.
