Patent number: 9175456Abstract: A boom control valve and a pulsation absorption control valve are provided in the halfway point of a center bypass line. The pulsation absorption control valve is arranged in a position downstream of the boom control valve. The pulsation absorption control valve is switched to a blockade position and a communication position by a pilot pressure from a remote control valve. The pulsation absorption control valve is constituted such that one main line out of a pair of main lines is communicated with or blocked off from an accumulator via one communication line and the other main line is communicated with or blocked off from the side of a tank via the other communication line. The accumulator is operated as a dynamic damper at the traveling of a vehicle. This arrangement enables the construction of the communication line to be simplified, thus improving operability at assembling.Type: GrantFiled: June 17, 2011Date of Patent: November 3, 2015Assignee: HITACHI CONSTRUCTION MACHINERY CO., LTD.Inventors: Takeshi Kobayashi, Ryouhei Yamashita, Hiroshi Matsuzaki, Yoshinobu Kobayashi, Katsumi Ueno, Masaaki Andou

Patent number: 7921642Abstract: A pressure selector valve (13) is provided between a hydraulic motor (1) and a directional control valve (5) to connect one of the main conduits (4A), (4B) on a high pressure side to a high pressure conduit (14) while connecting the other of the main conduits on a low pressure side to a low pressure conduit (15). As an inertial body approaches a stop position, a spool valve (16) is switched to an open position (e), bringing a branch passage (14A) of the high pressure conduit (14) into communication with the low pressure conduit. When the pressure difference between the main conduits becomes small, the pressure selector valve is automatically returned to a neutral position to cut off communication between the main conduits, suppressing a reversing movement of the hydraulic motor so that an inertial body can be brought to a stop smoothly.Type: GrantFiled: April 18, 2007Date of Patent: April 12, 2011Assignee: Hitachi Construction Machinery Co., Ltd.Inventors: Kazuyuki Ino, Katsumi Ueno

Patent number: 7346562Abstract: A system that executes and manages the purchase of items at low cost is disclosed. This system, based on merchandising of one or more dealers, uses a merchandise assortment (MD) of each dealer specified by a customer's purchase control department for example as a customer specific electronic catalog. Then, this MD/electronic catalog stores for each item the information necessary for specifying its dealer and supplier. A server 10 is equipped with an item specific ordering controller 14 that, when it has received an order issuing request for ordering one ore plural number of items from a terminal of a user who belongs to the customer's purchasing unit, specifies a dealer who offers each item based on the MD information of each said purchasing unit. By this, it becomes possible for each user of the customer to make purchases based on the purchasing standard determined by the purchase control department by only specifying necessary items even without knowing the dealer names.Type: GrantFiled: August 21, 2001Date of Patent: March 18, 2008Assignee: Kokuyo Co., Ltd.Inventors: Makoto Inoue, Kimio Ariga, Tsuguharu Nishizaki, Nobuhiko Hasegawa, Katsumi Ueno, Junji Ushironaka, Youichi Matsuura, Masamichi Kine, Jun Benki, Masaru Sashiki

Patent number: 5411622Abstract: Electronic parts that have axially extending leads are separated from a first strip on which they are supplied for being rearranged and retaped to provide a second strip for supply to an automatic assembly machine. The parts are separated from the first strip by cutting the strip transverse to the strip at locations between adjacent parts. The tape chips remaining on the separated parts are removed by engaging them with movable jigs, located on opposite sides of a body portion of the part, and by moving the jigs along the leads away from the body portion. The jigs are mounted on a rotating rotor and engage grooves in a stationary cam. The jigs move toward and away from each other by the engagement with the grooves as the jigs are moved around the stationary cam. After the parts are separated and the tape chips removed, the parts are transferred to a retaping machine to be attached to the second strip.Type: GrantFiled: January 3, 1994Date of Patent: May 2, 1995Assignee: Citizen Watch Co., Ltd.Inventors: Takeshi Miyaoka, Katsumi Ueno

Patent number: 5115835Abstract: A hydraulic control valve which is equipped with two direction change-over valve groups individually having traveling change-over valves, and first and second hydraulic pumps corresponding to those direction change-over valve groups. The traveling section valve of one of the change-over groups is equipped with a communication valve. Each section valve has its valve body formed therethrough with signal conduits individually extending perpendicular to spool bores. The two traveling section valves are formed with annular grooves in spool bores positioned to correspond to said signal conduits. The individual working machine section valves other than the traveling section valves are formed with annular grooves in the spool portions corresponding to the signal conduits to provide the communications between the upstreams and downstreams of the signal conduits only when the spools are in their neutral states.Type: GrantFiled: January 22, 1991Date of Patent: May 26, 1992Assignee: Zexel CorporationInventor: Katsumi Ueno

Patent number: 5081837Abstract: A hydraulic control circuit adequate to control a main hydraulic actuator and auxiliary hydraulic actuators. The main actuator drives farm machinery mounted to an agricultural tractor or the like. The auxiliary actuators drive farm attachments independent of said farm machinery. At least two hydraulic pumps and at least two sets of control valves are connected in series. The exit of one hydraulic pump is connected with the other hydraulic pump via a check valve. Said one hydraulic pump is connected with a tank via an openable valve upstream of the check valve. The upstream set of control valves is used to control the auxiliary hydraulic actuators needing more flow rate than the downstream set of control valves. The openable valve has an offset valve at its one end to determine the direction of flow. The openable valve is either opened or closed by the pressure admitted from the downstream side of the upstream set of control valves.Type: GrantFiled: March 28, 1989Date of Patent: January 21, 1992Assignee: Diesel KiKi Co., Ltd.Inventor: Katsumi Ueno
