  • Patent number: 11898394
Abstract: A motor module includes: a motor; a driving unit; a control unit; a memory; and a communication unit. The control unit executes: receiving parameter information specialized for a vehicle-mounted device by the communication unit from a management module, and storing the parameter information in the memory; in a case where the parameter information is stored in the memory, driving the motor by the driving unit to operate the vehicle-mounted device so that the motor outputs a predetermined torque based on an operation signal input from an outside for operating the vehicle-mounted device and the parameter information; and in a case where the parameter information is not stored in the memory, driving the motor by the driving unit for a certain period of time and then stopping the motor to inch the vehicle-mounted device so that the motor outputs a maximum torque, based on the operation signal.

  • Publication number: 20220336166
Abstract: A switch device includes: an operation unit including a first switch, a second switch, a first resistor, a second resistor, and a first terminal; and a control unit including a second terminal coupled to the first terminal. A series circuit of the first switch and the first resistor and a series circuit of the second switch and the second resistor are coupled between the first terminal and a ground. The control unit monitors a potential of the first terminal which changes in response to on/off of the first and second switches via the second terminal, and determines the operation state of each switch based on the potential. A contact of the first switch is configured of a contact in which a resistance value between contacts at the time of opening and closing changes more sharply as compared with a contact of the second switch.

  • Patent number: 10337230
Abstract: During opening and closing actions of a window glass, the presence or absence of pinching of a foreign object in a window is determined on the basis of an amount of change in the movement speed of the window glass and a threshold value stored in a storage unit, and a drive direction of a motor is reversed in order to release a foreign object if it is determined that pinching is present. A threshold value update unit updates threshold values for pinching determination on the basis of the amount of change in the movement speed of the window glass for specific ranges of an entire movement range of the window glass. In addition, a threshold value for pinching determination for a range other than the specific ranges is set to be a preset fixed value.

  • Patent number: 9500020
Abstract: If closing operation to the passenger's seat sub switch continues for not less than a prescribed time period Tb, a passenger's seat relay contact on a close side is turned ON. If the closing operation to the passenger's seat sub switch thereafter ends before a prescribed time period Tc elapses, the passenger's seat relay contact on the close side is kept ON. If opening operation to the passenger's seat sub switch continues for not less than the prescribed time period Tb, a passenger's seat relay contact on an open side is turned ON. If the opening operation to the passenger's seat sub switch thereafter ends before the prescribed time period Tc elapses, the passenger's seat relay contact on the open side is kept ON. The invention is applicable to an automatic window system and the like.

  • Patent number: 9394739
Abstract: The invention improves detection accuracy of interposition at a vehicle window. An interposition detector determines that a window at a passenger's seat has interposition if motor current for opening and closing the window at the passenger's seat does not decrease to be less than a predetermined threshold but increases to be not less than a second threshold, or if the motor current does not decreases to be less than the predetermined threshold but increases at a predetermined or more increase rate. The interposition detector determines that the window at the passenger's seat does not have interposition if the motor current is less than the predetermine threshold. The invention is applicable to an automatic window system and the like.

  • Patent number: 8710773
Abstract: The driver seat unit and the other-seat unit are connected by the single signal line. A direction of a current passed through a motor is switched using contacts of a window opening switch and a window closing switch in the other-seat unit. When a window closing manipulation is performed by the driver seat unit, the current is passed through a coil of a relay via the contacts of the window closing switch, and a contact of the relay is switched to pass a forward current through the motor. When a window opening manipulation is performed by the driver seat unit, the current is passed through a coil of a relay via the contacts of the window opening switch, and a contact of the relay is switched to pass a reverse current through the motor.
