  • Publication number: 20090105130
Abstract: [Problems] An injection preparation containing a depsipeptide having a disulfide bond in its molecule, which can be easily prepared, and which is stable, is provided. [Means for Solution] An injection preparation having a long-term stability can be provided by compounding a substance such as ferric chloride, making the solution to have a pH which is not higher than 7.0 and which is not lower than 1.0, and carrying out nitrogen replacement. [Advantages of the Invention] The injection solution of the present invention is expected to provide an injection preparation in which formation of aggregate and cluster of a depsipeptide having a double bond in its molecule is avoided and which is excellent in a storage ability.

  • Patent number: 7094414
Abstract: The present invention exhibits a remarkable effect of making it possible to provide a famotidine injection solution containing famotidine at a high concentration, being stable for a long period of time at room temperature, and having a low viscosity without impairing the absorption of famotidine, which can be hardly provided so far.

  • Patent number: 6921648
Abstract: The present invention relates to neurogenesis inducing genes. In particular, the present invention provides neurogenesis inducing genes coding for Zic proteins, vectors containing such genes, host cells containing such vectors, proteins produced by such host cells, antibodies raised to such proteins, and therapeutic agents or agents for gene therapy for nervous diseases.
