If the guide execution item has been selected, the guide unit (104) executes a voice guide correlated with the guide execution item. Moreover, if the guide execution item has not been selected and if the travel state of a moving body detected by a detection unit (102) satisfies the condition specified by the execution information, the guide unit (104) executes a voice guide correlated with the guide execution item which has not been selected.
