  • Publication number: 20130299728
Abstract: A thickness of a valve is set smaller than a distance (inter-seat distance) in a valve thickness direction from a first seat part to a second seat part, and hence a gap between the valve and the first seat part and a gap between the valve and the second seat part are reduced to suppress seat leakage with all a variation of dimension thereof.

  • Patent number: 7634856
Abstract: An assembly method includes a step of press-fitting a second valve 27 to a valve shaft 29 to which a first valve 25 is press-fitted and secured while measuring and adjusting a distance L2 so that it becomes equal to a distance L1. Thus, the first valve 25 and second valve 27 are press-fitted to the valve shaft 29 and those components are swaged together so that the first and second valves are secured to the valve shaft, and oil is placed in a press-fitted portion. When components, such as the first valve 25, are sintered parts, oil contained in the sintered parts themselves is used for increasing a joining force that occurs in the press-fitted portion.

  • Patent number: 7012352
Abstract: Powder produced by abrasion due to sliding between a brush and a commutator is prevented from moving toward a rotor. A recess is provided between the rotor and a slide face of the brush and the commutator, where powder produced by abrasion at the brush may enter into a motor and increase sliding resistance of the rotor. Thus, there is no such powder produced by abrasion entering into the motor as increasing sliding resistance of the rotor.

  • Patent number: 6894419
Abstract: One current passing circuit board is constituted by one metal plate in which a continuous current passing pattern that is to be separated in a plurality of current passing patterns is formed, and molded resin in which the metal plate is inserted. The current passing circuit board is pressed to eliminate the unnecessary portions of the above mentioned current patterns, thereby the one current passing circuit board is formed in a state where the current passing pattern continuously formed is separated in the normal forms.
